Try the fuse. It's somewheriside the compartment when the cassette is removed.

Ww had the same problem on our last trip away. It was the fuse.

We have had the same issue, the fuse is behind the cassette which you need to remove to gain access, if this fuse is intact it could be the 5 amp fuse in the electric box, this blew when we had a water pump issue and both the flush and water pump went off.
Hope you get it fixed.

there is also another very common cause of 'button not working'.....
the button is just a micro switch behind the plastic rectangle...
if the button is pressed too hard, the housing for the switch can get pushed away from its housing, so all you are pressing is the plastic cover...
so, peel back the plastic cover, and remove the button housing (cant remember if this is a clip on or screw on) and you may see the switch dangling down...
you could test the micro switch at this point by pressing it...
if all working, rehouse the switch into the holder and refit holder and plastic button cover...
of not working then it may be the fuse as earlier posts.....

If the fuse is clean and corrosion free, then its the pump itself or the control board, the pump is easy to replace yourself, check the electrical connection to the board first, pull off the flimsy cover on the toilet housing and check that where the power
supply multi pin clips on the board is not corroded, pull it off and push on a couple of times just to check.0 -
The pump is in the flush tank, not the cassette as posted earlier. The micro switch is subject to corrosion and pink flush fluid causes black sludge which is detrimental to the pump. Get a mobile engineer out, he'll have the necessary parts and the knowledge of how to access your components. The switches and pumps are overpriced wherever you buy them from. Meanwhile flush with a mug of water.

I had this happen when in the Southern France this year.
I hope thatyour caravans problem will be resolved swiftly.
I checked the fuse by looking at it, the prongs were a bit white so cleaned off the corrosion and used a fine screwdriver to rub the location contacts to clean them a bit, piece that normaly blows was ok. Got multi-meter tester out and checked if there was electric at the fuse holder and used a negative return cable. there was a current. So I thought it was the switch, but I tested the resistance on the fuse and there was no circuit. On closer inspection and a pair of pliers one of the blades was loose using light pressure the blade came away from the fuse. Looking at the fracture it had been there some time as most of it was also oxidised. A checked fuse was lubricated withContralube 770 to reduce the effects of the moisture laden environment that its exposed to. reached through the bathroom window to press the button and the pump was working.
I hope this is of assistance to a somebody in a similar situation.
My caravan tool kit has grown in time and even includes a soldering iron!

Had a problem with ours turned out to be the switch on top of the toilet. I know it had already been replaced as the caravan was my Parents first before we broght it of them. So with a little carful drilling of the old switch housing and basic 12v electrical
knowlage I replaced the threatford switch with a simple push switch from Halfords for about £2.50. Worked a treat for past 3 years.0 -
Just had the same problem.
Water pump not working on our 09 Arizona and toilet not flushing.
Water fixed by warming pump area with hair dryer, as temps freezing here, in Wales.
Toilet turned out to be corroded fuse blades, the one found behind the cassette in our c250, all furry and white.
Will remove and lubricate, once I have thawed out a bit.
