My 2011 Lunar Clubman SE has just had its annual service and dampness was found to be present in the front panel. The reading was 20% which is too low for Lunar to cover under the 6 year dampness warranty. Unfortunately there are now dark patches (mould?) visible
under the vinyl. Lunar did authorise a previous water leak repair in this area but this did not appear to solve the problem.

I am unsure what course of action would be the best to take, any suggestions?

    Talk to cc legal team they are normally ok

    You are still within the guarantee period so press on and do not be fobbed off. Threaten legal action but also take advice as suggested.
