Has anyone managed to cure the problem of the crazy banging of the concertina blind on the large front roof vent?  It is impossible to have the vent open and the blind pulled over - to sleep for example or just because its very hot and sunny.  We have tried
hanging heavy clothes pegs on the folds but not much successI  All ideas welcome.

Forgive me if I'm missing something here...but why would you open the vent and then have the blind closed..?

Surely with the blind pulled across you won't get much in the way of ventilation anyway.

Is the noise that you refer to the action of the blind 'rattling' in its frame because the air can't get through..?

I think a choice between vent and darkness...I don't see that you can have both. (unless I have missunderstood..?)

Use the flyscreen - get some darkness and some ventilation!

Thanks everyone for their thoughts.  I must have been wasting my time in my past 8 caravans and motorhomes thinking I would get some air even though blind over!  Basically then - the only time one can use fresh air intake is when its hot but not sunny?  Also
never at night as without blind sun would wake us at 5am in summer?  It is a bad design - the rear one is smaller concertina and is OK - shame Swift won't admit it.
