Blown air heating in 2013 Sprite Major 6

Hi all,

We have recently taken delivery of the above van which has a more modern heating system than our old van. In our old van we were able to produce blown air from the Truma heater either hot or cold. However, in our current van I've worked out how to get the warm air but in some warmer days I've wanted to blow cold air around the van but can't seem how to jut have it with a fan function working without heat.

Is there a fault with it or is ther just not an option to have cold air being blown around the van (which, IMO would be a fault in design anyway!!!).

Any help would be approciated.

    That is what I call service. It is a shame we can't get as prompt a response from the CC on other matters.
