Morning all, picked up new coachman vip in april and have used site bollard tv with no problem, we were at c&camping site at blackshaw moor leek at week end, we have been before on same pitch and got a good picture with avtex aerial in last van, but no signal
at all with this new one! blue lights on and we tried vertical and horizontal but to no avail. Everyone else seemed to have a good picture around us. we had terrible problems with the last van and the Avtex stick type but was hoping for a better result with
this one. anyone been to this this and had reception problems please.  ive tried at home but its a poor area for signal and still wont pick anything up.  thanks

Did you remember to swop the lead back on the aerial amplifier. On my coachman pastiche there is a lead from the outside socket to the amp,if you require the caravan aerial this is on another lead.My leads are labelled.I had the opposite to you.

Thanks fozzie, yes we plugged white van aerial into the socket but still nothing. Its really frustrating as others around us seemed to be getting picture.

Hi we have a new VIP 575 on the amplifier with the blue light I always have one detached lead at all times, This hangs in the lead bundle) this is dependant if I am getting a signal via the campsite post or via the roof mounted Ariel, I have to unscrew one
lead and add the other dependant on how I get the signal.

Hi yes I too have the spare lead, its the one i have to swop when using the site bollards, this is marked feed, the other is marked aerial, i have used the one to connect directly from the site bollard and had a good picture, i have even charnged them over
just in case but still nothing, not even a flash of pixels! thanks for replying
