No water

help please, we have a 2013 Quasar 556 with no water in taps or shower. The aqua roll is full and hot water tank full. When the pump rocker switch is on it shows a red light as if the aquaroll is empty. I have tested the external Truma pump and it is Ok.
There is no airlock in the pump. Any ideas?

    cccheck the electrical terminals on the inlet.they have been known to corrode

    does the pump run when you open a tap?

    thanks dsweetman, problem now solved. it was an airlock in the system, don't really know how it got there but cleared it by screwing in the pressure switch adjuster, slightly opening the cold w sink tap, switch pump on and then crack open the p switch and
    wait. it took about 3 mins but eventually after a lot of coughing and spluttering it started to flow. had to also open shower valve and bathroom tap to clear any air left in system. Result!!

    no, spk pump didn't run but red light on pump rocker switch was illuminated as if aqua roll was empty. Cheers
