sprite major 4sb 20016  can some one tell me how the 2 joints for the roof to rear panel and the roof to front panel are made is it just a butt joint or tongue and groove or is it bonded or what is it ??

i think swift should show how its done on there videos on there caravan assembly line don't think it would breach any assembly secrets

i have just watched a video from Bailey and there roof is 1 piece  with no joints which i think is a brilliant idea as water sometimes puddles and sits on roof just waiting for a joint to give up the ghost

The latest Bailey Pegasus has a roof butt joint about 4 feet from the rear. Looks to be clamped together using their Alutech system and will have sealant below the plastic roof strip. Future water ingress problem???  The Bailey videos are of the original
    Alutech design.

Bailey's 'Unicorn 3' also has this butt joint! I think it is to enable them to achieve the tight curve from the roof to the rear panel, and yes there have been reports of some with leaks, IMO it was bound to happen!! when Form comes before Function Surprised
