Ecocamel shower heads any good?

Seen an offer in this months Caravan Club magazine for bogof Jetstorm but do they really work in the caravan? Anyone had any joy with one as the shower head in our van is pretty weak.

    Yes, excellent, more pressure and uses less water

    Good flow but I think it uses more water not less.

    Happy with ours, the water is aerated so appears to have more pressure. We also bought one for our home shower, hoping that it might reduce the metered water volume too.

    Surprised . A LOT of water exit's from the 'air inlet at the base of the handset.BE AWARE of this if you use one near an electric shower
    heater !! BUT ,yes a very good shower head.

    I dont think they are as good as our Karcher 6.   Wink
