I have a real problem getting the timer to kick in and operate the Truma Comb Boiler Heating system in our Swift. I have tried alomost everything to get this to work in what appears to be a very simple process, but to no avail. it maybe that i am missing
something very simple but i cant see what. Can anyone help or offer any advice please

does it work without the timer?

I assume the electric on all switched on/gas on that sort of thing?

no sorry we don't have a timer, but if its works OK then the problem isn't so bad - at least you'll have heat.

If you're following the instruction manual and can't get anywhere you could ask the wardens or if there a similar van on site don't be afraid to ask for help. Of course these things alway happen on a BH, there might be a truma helpline number?

Sorry I can't be more help

post edit - your dealer might be worth a phone call as well?

is the temperature set to higher than the van temperature? if not then it will not start.
