I'm having a real struggle finding the 12 volt power on my Ovation 470 Van after it's winter hibernation. It is dead! All the usual stuff has been tried without success. I'm wondering if anyone has a similar van who may be able to help. Is there an on-line
fuse I might be missing somewhere? I've never had a proper wiring diagram for it as the firm where I bought it had a fire in their office where they had put all the caravan manuals! HELP!

I assume your leisure battery is OK?  What do you mean by "the usual stuff" ?

There should be a fuse somwhere close to the battery or charger - don't know where yours would be, but they're often tucked away out of sight!!!

I am a member of the Vanmaster Association. It's only £12 a year and has technical help and much more on-line. I use the Association for help as I am no expert! Also manuals etc. in the members area.

Thanks to Nuggy, BigAIK and Tony C Solihull for your replies. Sorry to be late replying, but, I've been away.

Leisure battery was fine and fully charged (Service guy tried his own as well!) , by the 'usual stuff' I did mean battery, main 12v supply isolation swich and the fuse labelled 'Van Batt'. I suspect that on'line fuses (hidden) might be the answer!

Tony C, I have just joined the Vanmaster association, not having heard of it before so that will be useful anyway and I've sent them a post to see if they know. I think taking the van to Vanmaster for service might be the ultimate answer.
