We are going to a very nice CL South of Edinburgh so I can have a month of hospital treatment down towards Peebles. We did the same last year and it worked out well.

We have the old school double dinette. It's great. Offers full flexibility.  If we fancy leaving the bed down we do. If we have guests there is room for 4 adult  singles or two doubles.  As we have a child he sleeps on one of the singles without us either
having to sit on the fixed bed or be in the awning in the middle of winter after he goes to bed. The bed makes up and down in no time and is all part of it. This wouldn't be everyone's idea of a good layout but after 20 years of caravans we found this is most
flexible.  As others said depends how you use the space.
