Serviced Pitch- what do I need to buy...
I'm really hoping it's uber simple and I don't have choice haha...
We are off to The Quiet Site in April and the pitch is a serviced pitch. I know I need a connector , hose type things for waste and clean but if (and also if it's allowed on this site) someone could point me to the links of what I need to buy (in entirety) that would be incredibly well received (by me 
)
I have done some research but am getting confooosed - not hard...so I just need a definitive list really and the people on these boards are the experts...
So, help? Please? :)

Hello , easy bit first, for waste water you just need a suitable length of the grey hose. Length depends on distance from van to drain ,4 metres should be about right.
Fresh water , if you have an Aquaroll then they sell the complete package, this includes the hose and connectors for tap and onto Aquaroll and also the float valve unit which goes into the Aquaroll.
If you look on google i am sure there will be plenty of info, and also check ebay for suppliers of the kit as described and also other makes.
It is well worth the effort and expense in my opinion.

It depends on the defination of a serviced pitch, does it have its own water and waste water point in which case you would need an aquaroll mains adaptor for clean water and a suitable length of waste water pipe for dirty water.
Unless you are going to use a lot of these pitches just use your current clean and waste water containers.

As has been said you need some grey waste hose from your local caravan spares shop. We have two lengths one of 3m and one of 2m that I can join together if required
For the water you can use your Aquaroll as shown in this Utube video.
This is what we do as I prefer it to the other option which is a direct feed to the van. This link shows the Whale option, but other types are available.

Tried to add that we prefer the Aquaroll system, because unless you make a point of turning the tap off every time you go out, the direct system remains pressurised. More scope for leaks. Also it only seems to come with the flat hose and unless you are using it regularly the permanent hose is better.

If you are interested we have the Aquaroll automatic supply plus 2* 7.5m of water grade hose to sell if you are interested, both hardly used, the Aquaroll supply is still in the original box and the hose has a carry bag.

An alternative to the rather costly grey waste tubing is to go to b&q etc and buy the domestic 28.5 internal white pipe .works out much cheaper even with the angles .
I also found the ribbing of the grey hose is difficult to clean and it tends to retain odours , not so easy to store and always a chance of getting some of the waste over you from whip.back.

I also found the ribbing of the grey hose is difficult to clean and it tends to retain odours , not so easy to store and always a chance of getting some of the waste over you from whip.back.
Harder to stow 10' of rigid pipe than 10' of flexi grey tube .... and what if it does smell a bit, it lives outside in use & in the front locker otherwise

I agree with the suggestions about fresh water. For waste water I have a Fiama container and have fitted a right angle outlet to the bottom drain outlet. A regular garden hose fitting will work.15 yards of ordinary garden hose fits on to the drain outlet.
Waste water drains into the waste container as usual, and the contents continue to empty through the garden hose. The problem with the long corrugated hose is that if it gets blocked the waste water comes up into the shower tray.0 -
If you do use a float valve in the aquaroll, make sure you buy food grade hosepipe to supply it, we needed a longer hose on one holiday and bought some standard hose as it was all we could get - it gave the water a really bad taste so we went back to manual
filling. I use some black ribbed pipe for the waste, it was from a garden centre for pond pumps and much cheaper and the ribbing is less pronounced so it drains better. There are lots of float valve kits on online auction sites, our cheap one has served us

Other half has installed a tube under the caravan that he slides our white waste pipe in for carrying. He also has short lengths and connectors as suggested above as different sites put you varying distances from the drains!
Lastly, he uses fishing rod rests to keep the pipes at the levels he wants. Works a treat.
