Extras needed for a superpitch

Just been caravanning for a year,  and this year we have booked a superpitch for the first time.  We have an Aquaroll and I know we need a fitting for it  float valve etc. There are various kits available that include water hoses.  We also need lengths of
hose for waste. How long should these be to cover most situations? And do we need a variety of fittings to connect to the water supply on different sites?  Anything else we should be thinking about?

I expect most sites with superpitches will sell what we need but I would prefer to get sorted in advance.

Many thanks in anticipation :-)

Most taps on most caravan sites are the standard tap with a threaded spout. Hose lock hoses come with a variety of screw on thread converters to get you to 3/4"BSP (?) My caravan's water will only come from its fixed onboard tank, so when on a similar pitch
abroad I just fill the tank as & when via a hose .... you could do the same to your Aquaroll till you get the float valve. Waste hoses .... I have a variety of waste pipes that I join with a

    push fit domestic waste
    connector to suit

We bought a float kit from our local dealer. About£25. It included the drinking water hose and a selection of fittings for different threads. I also bought 7m of waste hose. Make sure the float is upright and everything is screwed up tight to avoid leaks.
