    I question and research everything I'm recommended or prescribed, Ian. I never take the doc's word for anything as I feel some medicines are handed out as a matter of course because they earn kudos for the doc in one way or another. Some meds I reject but
    others I'm unfortunately stuck with.

    My Mum in Law was the same, and died at the age of 95, living in her own home, taking NO medication whatsover, and if she hadn't fallen on her way to the theatre, on an icy city street, might still be here now three years later!
