Bet they're better than the communal squat toilets they had when we were there though . Even the ladies loos at the airport!
But catch on elsewhere.....only hope not!

What a strange notion - I have a loo with a view over the Lincolnshire Wolds - but not of the contents!
Write your comments here...think I best make myself clear the photos are of a young lad sat on the loo but that looks like
a normal china toilet. It's the cubicle that is all glass floor ceiling and all side walls so while your sat or standing you have
a view of your surroundings, it could only be the Chinese who could come up with something like this , and yes you are in full view of those outside0 -
Years ago my better half paid a visit to a cafe toilet in Arles,South of France. I paid the bill and wandered outside to wait and looked around to see my wife's head through a hole in the wall. I asked her if she was enjoying herself and she replied that the fresh air was a bonus but hoped that these toilets wouldn't catch on. Thankfully they don't seem to have but the French definitely have a "Laissez-Faire" attitude to toilet etiquette.

My job used to take me to China quite often, and the public loos were quite the worst anywhere in the world. Similar to the older French hole in the ground but multiple holes with no privicy separations!
Soon learned only to use the one in the hotel room!

I don't suppose you were doing anything different from all the others there though. I do recall that Her Majesty's Warships were not fitted with doors in these areas to discourage certain activities.

On a trip to China our bus stopped at roadside eaterie, the ladies loo was of the same style but as a nod to western toilet culture the facilities were divided by grubby bedsheets hanging from string, judging by the howls of laughter it was a good icebreaker

sorry to say little new here - whilst skiing in Austria this year there were several loos at the top of the slopes that were built of one way mirror glass. From the inside a spectacular view of the mountains and ski slopes from outside ... a spectacular
view of the mountains and ski slopes.0 -
Ha ha! Catch on? No, not on your nellie!! lol
Hey, who's this taking my name in vain?
