i went to the doctors Wednesday , and my bloods are good ,glucose good , kidneys good .. pee sample good BUT my BP has gone up to 161 from 145 Surprised gooted
i am but i have been stressed out and eaten the wrong type of food again yet my weight has come down 

i am having a BP monitor for home when they get one back in £10 deposit refundable when i return it . i could end up on stronger pills Frown apart
from that i have a cold , felt quite unwell for two hours today ,dizzy sick feeling manky vision ,so i slep it off at dinner time 13:00 hours 

now feeling better apart from my cold .

    Oh golly, some good news some bad news. Maybe blood pressure up cos you've not felt well. Fingers crossed for when you have the monitor. Wish you better soon.

    Hope you feel better soon golly.  Hopefully it was because you have been unwell that your BP was up.  Wish you better soon.
