Our eldest gdaughter (13 and 3 days ) had a problem with an item bought from Lush.  She contacted them by email, they responded , apologising and replacing the item plus a freebie! Wow what service ... If only all retailers were as good.

I suppose a cynical person Innocentwould say that's easy to do, when you can sell a fourpenny bar of soap for £4

    Still good service though.....

We had delivery of a leather sofa from m&s what a mess back cushions to small seat cushion appeared to have far to much lepather and no legs YellSad not amused delivery guy phoned furniture manager and took photos

when I spoke to manager he said and I quote " right then do you want a refund " me, I beg your pardon after waiting 12 wks you expect me to agree to a refund so you can wash your hands of this mess , I think it best I don't speak to you at this point I'm upset and angry so he agreed to call me back in 48 hrs ......no he didn't I contacted them and was informed they had gone ahead and  ordered another sofa Surprised without even asking me

I explained we had already disposed of ours and could not possible wait a further 12 weeks they said o k keep the one you have until the replacement arrives we agreed as for the legs

NEXT arrived with our armchair and guess what they lent  us a spare set of legs now that is excellent customer service

I emailed marks customer service and a gift card arrived for £25 Sad

will we order furniture from marks again I think definatly NOT

Don't even know what Lush sell but do know that for the last 2 years at least they have come tops for customer service and satisfaction so they obviously know how to keep their customers happy.

Well I smell without their soaps so perhaps I won't need them.
