Libraries and free magazine downloads

I don't know how many of you use your local library - we do, and stock up on books before going on holiday.  On our last visit we were given a flyer advertising a free magazine download, available with your library card.  There are perhaps fifty magazines
available - something to suit everyone, I would have thought.  I have downloaded a couple to OH's tablet for reading off line when we're away from home.  You can also get four or five back issues of each magazine.

Maybe other people know about it already, but if not, then it's a very useful thing for those who like a magazine to read whilst in the caravan - and could also be posted under 'making caravanning cheaper' as it could save a large amount of money per month
for those who buy loads of magazines!

    You can also download audio books and Ebooks from alot of libraries.

    All this  and I only ever took out books?  Thanks Val Da I will look into it next time I go there.

    We have been downloading books from our library for awhile now, they only last for 3 weeks and you can only download 3. 

    However when I tried to do 3 before going off to Lanzarote my tablet couldn't read them, they were just gobbledygook, they were ok on my laptop though so must be something gone wrong with the tablet.  Didn't know about magazines thanks for the heads up.
