I really do get the grumps when asked about my online experience when I've just shelled out money to the Government. What do they expect? They've just made me poorer and the first tick box option is, "Very Satisfied" Govenment might be, but I'm not. So for
a change, I didnt tick any boxes, I wrote my comments thus:

" With all my worldly goods I thee endow...For richer for pooer, mainly the latter...." I did not realise that it was the Government I was married too!

My main gripe was that they sent the email reminding me a month before, but when I checked you could not buy it before a certain date. Ridiculous, by the time the date comes round it would have been easy to forget it again. I could see the point in having
a set date when they sent, or gave at the post office, a paper disc. However, now you don't have to display anything, why shouldn't you buy it as soon as you get the reminder.

Why bother to complete the survey, John? I never do - it's not mandatory.

If its the survey/questionnaire on the car tax website it comes up every time you use the site.  I think that website is fantastic. It is easy to use and quick.  They deserve to be applauded because it is a lot easier than the old way of queueing for ages
in the Post Office to renew Car Tax.  I'll give it 5 stars any day (plus the fact that my car is zero excise duty as it is so small.....)!
