    To  "Divert"  this  thread  which  appears  to  be  faltering  somewhat,  What ( if  any )  are  the  members  views  on  the  dog,  held  since  2014  by  Devon  police or  so  I  am  led  to  believe  according  to  the  B B C   tv  News

    The  poor  beast  was  allegedly  kept  in  a  3 x 1 metre  cage  and  not  exercised  for  the  whole  time  because  it  was  "Believed  it  might  be  dangerous"

    Another story today reported about the police keeping a dog in 3ft X 6ft cage for two yrs and it's never been taken out for excersise Surprised
