    Write your comments here...Regular backups solve that problem !!!!

    Besides with webmail, the Emails are stored on the provider's server.  Another source of backup for important documents.

    even with computer based email you can get a full backup from your email server. And by full I mean full, when we lost a hard drive (we had backed everything up apart from emails) we got every single email going back to 2003
