    Mentioned him the other day on a thread, I miss his posts too, he seemed a nice person.

    Yes indeed a great guy and sadly missed.I was backtracking through some threads the other day and his name appeared and it reminded me of how shocked i was when i learned of his passing.

    I also often think of him, his posts were always a pleasure to read.

    Happy birthday Richie, we still miss you on CT. Gone maybe but never forgotten.

    I was just thinking of Richie as I was looking at some old stories on Club Together. Very much missed, especially his great sense of humour and warm nature. I hope Sam and his family are all ok.

    Also thinking of Richie.  A post on Facebook CT drew my attention. I also think about Sam and hope she is OK.

    Really nice guy met him and sam at Ferry Meadows,sadly missed on here

    Sometimes his photo appears on one of the older threads and I miss him too, I do hope Sam and the family are ok. xx

    I do not think i am speeking out of turn too much when i say just this , Sadly Richie and Sam had split up . a while before Richies Passing .

    His Daughter and Family seem to be coping well considering .

    i do keep in touch with his Daughter and will pass on some of your kind messages ,

    Well that's really sad news.  We had the great plerasure of meeting Ritchie & Sam and you know that feeling when you meet someone for the first time and you feel really comfortable in there company ! Well that's how we felt , it really was so sad to here
    of Ritchie's passing we felt we had lost a close friend , we hope his daughter s i l and beautiful granddaughter are bearing up truly thinking of them all at this time

    I feel incredibly sad to read this!  Richie was so devoted to Sam, it really pains me to think that they were not together when he sadly passed away.  Frown  Golly,

    I am remembering my lovely old dad at this time. Died too young and he would have been been 87 on Sunday. Happy birthday and happy new year Grumps.

    my dad died on 15th december 1986 , he was 49 , every year i remember that day leading up to it then before i know it the day / date has passed iand i think to my self oh blast dad died tree days ago in 1986 , just shows time heals to the point you miss
    the date even though you remember it but you never forget .

    i will send on your regards , in the morning to richies daughter .
