We use very thin polystyrene foam sheeting to wrap around breakables like china mugs but our assortment of polycarb. glasses just get stacked and replaced when they look scruffy.

We use polycarbonate glasses and have a simple solution.

Take one shoebox, cut two strips of strongish card to fit lengthways and three to fit widthways.

Cut slits just over half depth in the strips at two thirds along each of the strips then assemble to make a 6 space framework that fits inside the shoe box and provides 6 spaces for your 'glasses'.

It is a flexible but reasonably sturdy solution and contains our tumblers and wine glasses perfectly.

We use one of the Skubb square boxes from IKEA divided into 9 spaces with their draw dividers (sorry don't know what they are called). Works well for us

A piece of polystyrene slab - costs pennies, cut holes in it.

If you can't get that, a shoe box, lid taped on, holes in the top - glasses are wedged in.

For wine glasses, we use those clip things.

We use silcon trivets/coasters from Seaflow as a sleave.

Write your comments here...I've checked the link but I can't see any trivets/coaster ? I can see the folding kettle. Are the trivets on another page? Pete

Just been to Ikea. Bought 6 wine glasses in a decently strong cardboard box and that's where they will stay in transit - cost £2.50 for the lot!
