How much do you pay for your gas ?

And you know, there is something about not pulling electricity off a grid that has burnt fossil fuels to get it or has been created by a controlled nuclear explosion!!
But wait a second are we not replacing it by burning fossil fuel contained in LPG, or using the solar generated electricity that comes from nuclear fusion?

Ocsid, hi mate, - I agree that LPG is a natural gas and could be described as a fossil fuel but electricity produced through a Solar Panel- yes, it's converted light energy into electrical energy but the nuclear explosions that produce the light are 93 million
miles away! Surely you are not suggesting that it's the same thing as have a nuclear power station just up the road!! Is this what they call thinking outside the box?? LOL.0 -
The sun is in a box? No wonder it was so dreary yesterday.

Here on the North Norfolk coast the sun went in after 2 stunningly warm days on Wed and Thurs. Yesterday ( fri) was rain, rain, rain. Today I sit in bed and it's stopped raining but is overcast & blowing a gale - I hope it improves as we are here for probably
the best "40s weekend" in the country.0 -
Merve, i had you as being older than that

I am not paying anything for my gas
A chap on my Temp holiday site wanted to have a new gas bottle for an upcoming trip. Not wanting to give a half full one back to Calor he asked me if I would like to swap for my empty one.. I always carry an empty 6kg with my Safefill.
Think free is even cheaper than Safefill gas. Certainly is a real world example of the advantage of being able to top up a Safefill whenever
