Covering tyres!

Couple of things to take away / chip in
tyres could be older than the caravan - go of tyre date code not delivery date
There are "recommendations" to check condition at x years and replace at y years. Whilst not legal "musts", you may find yourself on the wrong side of your insurance company if asking for a payout caused by blowouts on old tyres if reasonable care / advice
hasn't been followed.Removing wheels over winter may be good for tyres but do check your insurance carefully, as if you haven't taken precautions to stop a thief coming along and putting a set of wheels on you may be helping them steal your caravan.

We were on holiday and had a really very hot and sunny week in Devon and as a result the off side tyre turned brown due I think to the stronge sun while the awning side was unaffected. SInce that happened we have used covers summer and winter, that happened
