After last months club magazine offer of 10%dicount off caravan repairs by Magicman and making a scratch to rear of my caravan caused by a failure of a motor mover and proximity of garden stone wall .I took up the offer.

After completing the application form and submitting two photographs was told "Repair to the scratch was beyond their remit"

So be warned if anyone else is thinking of using this offer.

    Not sure what we are warned against. If they cannot do it then nothing was lost by asking.

    Magicman failure,

    Insurers sent one to repair chipped worktop in home kitchen,

    After 2.5 hours left a differant colour blob on workshop which fell off after 3 days. Still waiting for insurers to remove didget extremety.
