Hi, I'm a new club member and I'm wondering if I've missed out on something??

What exactly is booking day? Is it just when the new seasons pitches are able to be booked? Is it just the most sort after sites that need fighting over? Tell me I'm going to be left with something to book Wink

Cheers

Pete

Of course you will. There'll be loads left for the rest of us after the madness has settled.

Apart from a very few sites there will be pitches available for most dates on most sites, the sites that tend to fill up on most dates booking"frenzy" day are  if there is something special ie Festivals etc in the area or known "honeypot" sites

What or who are 'Weekend Warriors'? It doesn't sound very friendly.

Ah, do you mean the unfortunate folk who have to work Mon-Fri so can only get away at weekends?

As the question has been answered, rather than have another thread discussing the pros and cons of the booking system, I'm closing this thread now.

    Thanks to all contributors.
