Faulty availability information

I checked Late Availabilty this morning as we were looking to book the Southport site for tomorrow for 2 nights.  Unfortunately the results showed only a couple of pitches free and these were serviced pitches.  It seemed a bit odd so I double checked going
through the normal 'search sites' from the home page.  It showed the same and I thought must be an 'event' planned in Southport hence the almost fully booked site.

As all the serviced pitches are on the new part of the site and that isn't my favourite bit we decided to leave it.  So, no weekend trip for us.

Came home from a busy day on caring duty and just checked again.  The site is now showing as having a ton of vacant pitches tomorrow night, awning, non awning, serviced...you name it, they have got it.

Whats going on?  I checked the threads and can't find anything to explain what happened but I'm very disappointed.

    ...Tomorrow is Sunday when all the w/enders leave if you check most sites you will find the same

    Today being Saturday, I think you're saying, Ann, that the availability for Sunday night altered and I guess these things can happen. We know this website isn't perfect which is why it often pays to ring the site to check.

    Just a thought, when does the LA click over to the next week. Your post at 11 hours ago puts it at about 10pm Sat. Just checked at 9 am Sunday and it is now showing next weekend. You would have thought it was about midnight, but given other things that happen
    on the web site, who knows. It is quite easy , at least for me, ??? to not realise what weekend you are on, as the dates disappear as you go down.

    I know I'm getting forgetful but I'm not so bad that I don't know what day it is Laughing

    i checked first thing Saturday morning and the dates show were still for this current weekend.  Obviously no Friday and Saturday, but the Late Availability always shows the Sunday details right up to midnight on Saturday.  Then when I checked again around
    10:00pm today (Sunday) was showing with the correct info.

    Obviously a computer glitch but annoying all the same and to late to change our plans for the day.  Would have been good as well, lovely sunny day here.

    Certainly a glitch they could do with fixing. Nice day here as well,  and loosing bookings through computer glitches, is unfortunate at the very least. There are some strange things going on here at the moment, possibly as a result of them trying to get
    ready for Dec booking. Also work on the new site seems to be causing
    issues    .
