Serviced Grass Pitches

my point was actually that wardens should not need to 'manage' large units 'on the day', if the number of large units booked always matched (or was less than) the number of large pitches on site.
if, as now, all the large pitches were occupied and another large unit arrived, what is the warden supposed to do of there are no large pitches available?
I think the answer to that is manage it! They will know the number and sizes of arrivals! Doesn't seem to cause problems so why fix it, it appears to work!

From a purely selfish point of view, I hope they keep all Full Serviced pitches as hardstanding. Now that the Club has decided not to rollout the provision to book hardstandings, booking a Full serviced pitch is the only way we can guarantee a hardstanding
pitch in the main season.David

That's very true David but let's not loose sight of the fact that it only applies to sites with have both serviced pitches and grass pitches. In the grand scheme of things that is not that many and we all should know which they are prior to booking and
do as you do if that's what is required!0
