    There are vacuums available for sucking upthe leaves. Possibly they should use those as blowing the leaves solves nothing.

    The warden here has been out with his petrol blower today clearing the roads of hard stand chippings

    Not quite true as if they are used to blow the leaves into a clump they can be gathered up more easily, otherwise  I agree that it's a complete waste of everyone's time and effort.

    I have seem wardens blowing chippings back onto hard standings. Seems sensible

    Not so sure I'd appreciate chippings being blown anywhere near my car or caravan.

    I would think their is more chance off damage from clippings if not cleared from roads
