Towing route from North Wales to South Wales
I am travelling from Chester to Broad Haven in Pembrokeshire in 2017 and would like some advice regarding route.
At Llangurig do I turn right and go via Aberyswth or left an go via Rhayader, LLandovery?
I am towing single axel van and I plan to stop about half way, between Chester and Broad Haven, if you have any suggestions on a good CL, that too would be helpful.
Thank you

Forget Fishguard. Take the B4329 about six or seven miles after Cardigan. Cuts off a bit of distance and save hacking through Fishguard.

Better still, if you come down via Aberystwyth take the Tenby road just after you leave Ceredigion. It is much better than the other road over the Preseli Hills to Haverfordwest. It brings you through Crymych to Penblwyn Roundabout where you turn right
to Haverfordwest.
Personally, I would come down from Chester via Wrexham and through mid-Wales to Llandovery, Llandeilo and Carmarthen, then on to Pembrokeshire.0
