    Usually the second week in December, but I think that you can book the sites that are open in the early New Year now, but I could be wrong. Someone will be able to give you the correct date I'm sure.

    To mid March 2017 from 24th Aug and the rest of the year from the 7th Dec, as far as I am aware.
