Hi, we are planning a visit to Norfolk to bird watch, Sandringham is good for the North Coast but we are looking for a site to cover the Minsmere area.   Good facilities, showers etc are considered essential and close enough to catch the early birds.   Any
suggestions welcome

Fishers Field CL at Theberton has showers and a good review. Its only 5 minutes away by car.

Otherwise there is an independent site on Dunwich Heath. Not stopped there personally but check out reviews on UKcampsite website. No CC site fits your remit.

back from Fishers Field last week.  Only a couple of miles from Minsmere and about 4 miles from Dunwich Heath.  Went to Dunwich both early morning, before 6am to see Dartford Warblers and late evening 8pm to listened for Night Jars.  Great site with a pub
300 yards away and 20 minute walk to the Eels Foot at East Bridge.  Recommended
