Travelling to Wimbledon from Crystal Palace CC
We have been fortunate to get a couple of tickets for Wimbledon this year, and built in a 4 day stop at Crystal Palace during our trip to the south coast to see our son. I looked at the Travel for London site and it suggests it needs a combination or buses, trains and maybe even tube, but in any event it does not seem to be easy to get there. Just wondered if anyone on here has made the trip and what they suggest ? It's not far as the "crow flys" , would a taxi be better ? Also, we are in Centre Court so could be a late finish if the roof is closed, any issues getting back to the site ?

Are you towing or a MH? You could drive yourself finding a place to park on
We use this option for concerts at Wembley stadium.
Or use Uber to hail a Private Hire car. Public transport will be a nightmare after the event at Wimbledon with volumes of people.
