Wardens in hiding

K, questioning the word of a warden is beneath even you. Yes, JK is a warden - I've met him. I can absolutely understand why he wouldn't want to tell you which site he's on.
You should apologise for casting doubt on his honesty. A real man would put his hands up and apologise unreservedly.

I'm guessing it must be a quiet site if the wardens have time for the Internet at 10am.......

Ah, someone with insider knowledge of a Wardens work pattern! Day off? On holiday? Not doing boring 9-5 shifts like a lot of other sheep?

I bet my list is different to the one some have made up! Starts with a "T" as well!
Edit: changed my mind, my list comes under "b", much more apt! Not a rude word either!

Oh dear, I'm hearing the patter of fingers on keyboard to complain about "the usual suspects" even as we speak!

Something to bear in mind is that site staff are on a form of "zero hours" contract. At the end of each season, staff are offered a contract for the following year, usually between 3 and 10 months.
One contract clause is that future contracts may not always be available. That is why a lot of staff read the forum but do not respond, just in case

The club does not put wardens under any pressure with regards CT (except, quite naturally, to not bring the club into disrepute), but ............
We left the club last year and are currently enjoying life to the full, thank you

I remember you from Cirencester as well. There's life beyond CC!

Think we met you at Cirencester last year,H. Hope you're keeping well and busy.
Be prepared for some cynic now to come on and suggest that your post implies that the club are somehow putting undue pressure on wardens not to comment on here!
Write your comments here...Yes, we can see you've just done that, whats your proof ??.

Well, regardless of what's gone before, I, for one, would like to welcome K's post on the the other warden thread (under club membership) inviting wardens to contribute. Of course, they might just hesitate if they think that by saying something which doesn't
fit in with another member's point of view they'll have their word, or even their position, doubted!0 -
