Blue Badge holder - Alderstead Heath

Cannot remember for the life of me.  My OH has a blue badge and we are visiting Alderstead Heath CC later in the year, and I know its on the border line of the LEZ.  Is it free to enter with a blue badge or would we need to obtain the required permit?

    Basically, got it wrong.  The LEZ is just inside of the M25 and it reflects to the commercial vehicles, and not to cars.  I was thinking of the charge zone that covers the city of London
