And now reduced. It was a CL quite a long time ago, but then left the CC and expanded.

Send it to the club they are short of sites but might need a few more pitches to make it work.

    Come on Goldie diversifyWink

We used to have a CL. It was started by my late father in law in the 70's. A basic bit of field (magnificent views), plus a toilet and shower (attached to the house), No EHU of course. When FIL died in 1996 we continued for a while. But when Foot and Mouth
broke out in 2001 we shut down the farm to all but essential visitors (feed and vet). We knew by then we didn't really want to continue with the CL as it was just a sideline, with very little profit. My father in law enjoyed meeting the visitors, but while
we welcome and enjoy people coming to look round the farm, I didn't really want strangers coming and going, with the risks associated with modern farming,

Looks very cheap just for that beautiful  house let alone the decent looking site.

The word is they really want a sale, so it's reduced (it was £950k I think)

The house needs too much work for me. I bet there's a coloured bathroom suite.

Nice brownfield site for redevelopment though

I don't think you would planning for any development. It's outside the village, and recent application for several houses in a field nearer the village was vigorously contested and turned down.

It would be a challenge but it's brownfield so better chances than an open field.

Too much to risk for me - not that I have that sort of money lying around anyway Laughing

There's too much cash required to bring the house up to scratch anyway. It's probably ok structurally though

I believe that The Meadows caravan site near Pentewan was rather less than that when it sold a couple of years ago......that came with a rather nice bungalow......
