Pitch numbers on ehu points

As title really, should the cc have the pitch numbers that each ehu services on the bollard?

On site currently and for the 2nd time we have had someone plug into the wrong ehu so ends up with issues for a new arrival having no hookup and need to ask the other to move.

So seems obvious that each ehu has allocated pitches so it is easier for people to see where they should plug, and whilst it is obvious for some pitches, some others can be a 50/50 on which shpuld be used.

Some of the CC sites we've used do have numbers on the bollards, but not all.  If not, we always check which pitches should use which bollards and it's normally not that hard to work out.  I suppose not everyone does that though and just plug into what they
assume to be the nearest to their pitch.  More of an issue if a pitch is somewhere halfway between 2 bollards presumably, to know which is "your" EHU.  If in doubt the wardens can always be consulted of course, but again I suppose not everyone will bother
    to do that.

    I agree.

In addition to the problem described, we've also had people who were leaving inadvertently pull out our EHU cable instead of their own.

Yes, it should be obvious, but not to some people, apparently.....

Cirencester Park certainly has pitch numbers on the EHU bollards. Seems a sensible idea, but is it up to individual wardens to decide if this should be done?

perhaps I've been lucky but I can't think of one site where the pitch number has not been on,

We have been on sites with the pitch numbers on the bollards but this seems to be where there are no spares. I have come across the problem with someone using the wrong bollard and moved it for them but if they were in the caravan I would have pointed it
    out at the time.
