Problem with map in UK site search

I've tried to plan a route to a Club site, but when using the map, I keep getting the message: This site has exceeded its daily quota for maps.  if you are the creator of this site, please visit documentation to learn more.  With a big No Entry sign where the map should be.

Is it just me?

    Do you mean on the main website, or within the App? I have just checked and both are working OK on my iPad.

    Steve, I meant on the main website, but having just checked it again, it's working now.  Must have been a temporary "blip".

    Thanks Helen, it's really helpful to see staff keeping a look out for these things. The web line phone number would be good as a sticky somewhere.Smile

    The same message is back again; last night I was trying to use the map to look for some CLs and it was there, just now I tried again, and it's still there (or back again).  A bit early to ring at this time though.....

    I don’t know if it’s the same issue but I’ve been looking at a few CC site and CLs and when I scroll down to the bottom of the page where the map is there is just a sign with a red circle with a bar through it. Just tried it on the Lady Margaret’s site and
    got the same error.

    Yes, that is the same issue.  I thought it had cleared up on Tuesday, but I got it again last night and this morning, hence I reported it again.

    Back to the good old paper map for now!

    The map was working fine yesterday, but I'm getting the same message again this morning.  Will try ringing the number given on page 1 later, but not sure whether there will be anyone there over the weekend.

    No map function on Scarborough or Yellowcraigs pages tonight.

    I have just had a problem with a location map on a CL, where there is a statement saying "This site has exceeded it's daily quota for maps......" Have never seen this before, could you please explain Natasha.

    I was looking at CLs earlier on and the map worked ok, so I tried it again just now....see what you mean, more problems unfortunately.Frown
