Problem booking caravan park

i filled in a booking form and sent it off last september for september2016, they said that they would get back to me innovember to confirm and pay, they never did, so i rang them and they said they would send details took my name and date's, two week later
and still nothing, so i rang again, no evedance that i rang, and no booking seaid they would send again, anybody ever had trouble like this, only been out 4 times newbies, only stayed local just had to phone and book no problems.

    Well unless you're desperate to go to that particular park tracy, I'd just hunt around for a more customer friendly alternative in the area. Where abouts are you going? I'm sure you'd get many suggestions for alternatives form folk on here.

    In general no. The response is usually fairly instantaneous. A day or two at most. Have found that some of the smaller sites in Scotland are a bit laid back. Have been told on a few occasions, months in advance, yes that will be fine just turn up.  We have
    and it was but I would have preferred a firm booking. In your case I would look elsewhere, I would not have any confidence in them, if their organisation is so poor.
