Your ClubFest memories
With another exciting line-up announced for ClubFest next year I wanted to know what your favourite memories at ClubFest (previously known as the National) are? What do you love most about ClubFest and why? If you have any pics even better!
I love the family activities that are all included. My son loved it and we're hoping to go again next year. ☺️

Our favourite memories really revolve around the first year we attended ClubFest. Not really knowing what to expect and not really a fan of the headliners, we came away absolutely loving both the event and the music.
Scouting for Girls were in my mind absolutely incredible, getting the entire audience jumping and singing made such a wonderful atmosphere, its was convinced us we need to rebook, re-attend and do this all over again. One big higghlight for me was making fire from friction, Ive always tried and failed to do this but under the guidance of the team at the Nature Club, i finally did it.
Truly happy memories and new ones yet to be made! We cannot wait.1 -
Long time, no see, Dan. It’s now 11 years since your first trip as a caravan novice👍🏻

I have, like many others, attended quite a few Nationals over the years and have some good memories and some not so good memories of these. The lasting memories are down to weather. Who can forget the mud bath at the centenary National at Blenheim Palace in 2007 or the brilliant sunny Nationals at Sandringham in 1992 and later at Burghley Park. Weather can make or break any outdoor event. I have only been to one Club Fest and that was in 2024 and that was really to see what they were like compared to the old Nationals. The weather was mixed and although pitched on grass without EHU it was, unlike some, not in a muddy area. However, I have an abiding memory of the long hilly walk to the central area where all the activities were, otherwise it was very well organised. The entertainment was mixed, some good, some not so, but a noticable difference from the Nationals was the increased numbers of trade stands and food outlets. The entertainment was more professional but somehow it just didn't have the same atmosphere of the Nationals and of course at over £300 for four nights, it was much more expensive. I have not had the urge to go again and as a comparison I find the Warners shows offer better protection from inclement weather and are better value for money.
