one of our legs would not stay up when in Spain. I Was told I’d need a new locking mechanism 🫤 I have taken it out from the bottom of the telescopic leg, one torx bit to remove. Inside it has a metal curved plate “ I just bent it together a little, and I mean a little “ and now like new. I flattened a cable tie for a temporary fix when in Spain, see photo. The metal plate digs into the leg when the cam lever is raised and that’s how it looks 🫤 Thule “ thats a poor system. Hope this helps those who have contracted me.
