fitting an awning to a fiamma 45s windout canopy

Hi, we've bought our first motorhome and want to fit an awning for extra outside space. Is it possible to fit an inflatable awning to a fiamma windout ?

If it is possible will there be a gap between the awning and the motorhome side as the fiamma is proud of the motorhome?

    I have always found it difficult to make a good seal against the side of the motorhome, it is also quite a fiddle to attach it to the wind out, as a resullt, on the rare times I need an awning, I use mine free standing and don't bother attaching it to the motorhome.

    Don't think I have used it since I took this photo in 2018 as we tend not to stay long enough on a site to warrant its use.
