2013 Elddis Avante hot water problem

My 2013 Elddis Avante has developed a hot water problem in that the system is heating the water up in the tank every time i switch it on no problem, but when it reaches temperature it locks out, ie, a red fail light comes on the panel. I can reset the system by moving the switch off and on as described in the manual, but after a while heating up it locks out again. Anyone know what the problem is? or how to fix it? and can i obtain any spares if necessary. Thank you in advance for any information

    I have a dealer special based on the Avante,so as the water is heating up ,I would rule out any heating element issues,but as it seems to trip out,one possible issue could be a thermostat or an overheat stat.

    You could always give Whale technical a ring as in the past being very helpful . Pain as the heater is situated under the van.
