New Swift Twin Axel Corner Steady Locks
I have just purchased a new Swift twin axel caravan. The rear corner steady arms have a long tube fitted over the winding nut. Milenco have discontinued their corner steady tube type locks. Is there any other manufacturer the can provide a suitable lock.

You could fit padlocks but is it worth it? Anyone determined to take the van won’t be deterred by steady locks as they’ll either cut them or drag the van away as it is.

@IanHCharles forgive me but I assume you have other security devices fitted? Check with your insurance provider but for a twin axle I would think you will need a wheel clamp on two wheels (from two different axles) and a hitch lock as well. Probably a tracking device and alarm too, those in my view are better options than corner steady locks.
However to answer your question I can't think of any but you only mention the rear corner steadies, so maybe with the above and just front ones?
Also (sorry if you know this already) it depends where you are going to store your caravan, at home or on a storage compound.

Thanks both for the replies. I do have both hitch and Al-Ko twin wheel locks so agree am reasonably covered. Having previously had front and rear corner steady locks it's just something I'm comfortable with. Our caravan is stored in storage when not in use so I feel happier trying to deter possible theft threats.

The manufacturer of your caravan will advise you. There is a contact form on the Swift website. I hope that helps

Thanks to all and social media I have managed to find a couple of used locks and a caravan dealer that has new in stock.
