shower tray replacement

My shower tray has recently cracked and needs replacing.

Does anyone have any tips or pointers in the right direction for me please?

    If you are going to replace you need to add some very specific details, as the caravan make and model will determine your answer. Have you googled "caravan shower tray repair" The trays are generally GRP and this is a far cheaper and quicker option.

    Local one man builder has just done a similar job here in the house. I would phone him, “Hi Rob, got another little problem. Can you come round and have a look”

    Repaired ours using epoxy resin and covered with a waterproof sealant.

    That was 3 years ago and still going strong.

    The shower was replaced 5 years a go and underneath the tray was filled with expanding foam which feels soft underneath and therefore the tray moves under your feet.

    It has cracked in one place and I think water has seeped underneath and softened the foam.

    I have put RV60 sealant on it and put tenacious tape over the top but it's not a permanent fix.

    I think it needs a new tray.

    My guess is that I need to take out the old filler and hope there's not too much damp and find a flat tray as this one is raised in the middle with a 'gutter' on the sides to take water away.

    Any thoughts?
