German CAMC member, help needed with company Specialized Cover from Bradley (Tow Pro Infinity)

I am a german member of the CAMC (travelling UK and Europe with our Sprite Cruzer 540 SE, which is the EU model of the Swift Challenger 560) and would very much appreciate if someone could help me with the UK company Specialised Cover based in Shipley / Bradford.
In June I bought one of their covers, a Tow Pro Infinity front cover. When it arrived, it looked good, fitted well and I was sure it would help in protecting the front windows of our caravan.

Unfortunately during our first journeys in France, currently I am writing this from Nantes campground, we found out that the upper part (10-15 cm) is flapping heavily when speed is over 50 mph. After a while this flapping loosens the velcro on top completely. The cover is fitted well and is tightened according to manufacturers information. I managed to make a short video which shows the problem, which I sent to Specialised Cover.
So far so good, I think this can happen. Unfortunately the company is not answering any of my emails, sent about a month ago and also not replying to a warranty request via their website. In all cases I receive an auto-respond that my messages were accepted and that they would reply as soon as possible. Which they never do. Very strange business behavior in my opinion.

Does anyone have connections to this company or any idea how to proceed? Did you experience something similar with this company. Hope they are still in business….

    Ulrich, the company has been giving a discount through the club's offers page, so it might be best if you contact the club direct, as they must have had their own contact at the company. Hope you get the problem sorted out.

    fortunately the company contacted me yesterday, it looks like they are watching this thread? Or someone was so kind as to inform them. The issue is not resolved yet, I’ll keep you posted.
