are commercial lorries and trailers

Following recent stay at a club site noticed that a articulated lorry with a trailer had pitched up, on the trailer was what looked like a converted shipping container, which I hasten to add was held on the trailer by webbing straps, my have had locking feet to hold on to trailer, is so why the straps, now my question is, is this allowed especially as it was a wonderful rural site in the Peak District

The warden wouldn’t have let it on site if it wasn’t allowed. Do you have an objection to it and what difference does it make which site it was?

Incidentally one of the club's own wardens had a set up very like that.

No objections just asking a question as it was so unusual

Did you not ask the site warden? He/she would have put your mind at rest.

It does seem an odd thing to see on a Club site? I assume it must have been with in the size limits for the site which is probably deciding factor. There are some(what some might think) as strange outfits around these days especially in the van lifer community. One regular YouTube vlogger has convertes a seven and a half tonner to full time travelling residence and I know they have stayed on the odd Club site.
