On the 5th Aug I booked a site, (direct through the club’s booking office), which would qualify me for a first night free if I book a future stay between 1st Oct to 18th Dec. I should have, by now, received an email after my qualifying break, with a voucher attached. I recently queried why I hadn’t received it and was told it can take up to 3 weeks. Still haven’t received it. Has anyone else had theirs?

    I won't qualify for one

    But that's been a long wait. Not sure the club does fast 🤐. I'd email in and ask too. But that has a long respond time. Meanwhile, maybe @Rowena could nudge folk for you.

    Sorry you haven't received that yet. Feel free to message me community.manager@camc.com with your membership number and I will forward on to the relevant team to get an update.

    FAO Rowena -

    I have noted your email stating that I had unsubscribed from the clubs promotional emails. I haven’t unsubscribed and I was still receiving emails from the club in August, so I don’t know what has happened. Can you give me a specific date/time when I was supposed to have unsubscribed? (Why would I do that when I’m a member of the club?).

    So as a matter of course I have just checked my Microsoft Outlook Account, and your domain does not appear in my “blocked” list.

    I have also tried to update my communication preferences and it appears there is something wrong with the CAMC web site. When I try to “update my communications preferences” I get a response stating “Oops. We’re Sorry. Invalid or expired link , Please try again later or call the call centre on 01342 318813”

    Note: it wouldn’t accept my saved password from yesterday and I have had to change my password yet again. There’s definitely something amiss here and;

    Note Also: I have tried accessing “my communication preferences” on my members access on 3 separate web browsers and they are all acting in the same way.

    (I have emailed you on the account given above). Should I contact that number, or can I leave this with you? Can the email be resent with the voucher?

    I’m not sure the public forum is the best place to reply to a personal email…..

    I had exactly the same thing last year or start of this. Being told I had unsubsribed, which I hadn’t, or that I had blocked them, again I hadn’t. I. Some of my communication with the club they said that I had Definately opted FOR emails. Never did get to the bottom of it. In the end they sent me a separate voucher in lieu of the free night one I was supposed to have had.

    @RollerMan181 I understand you have spoken to someone now and hope this has been resolved.
