Hi all. I’m a complete novice and collect my Adria motorhome this week (Sept.12)
I’m having trouble finding storage. It’s 7.6 mts long and I need an area near IP331QD Bury St Edmund’s Suffolk. Would love any advice anyone can offer. I’m excited and nervous 😬 !!!!
Thanks 👍👍👍

Hmm, forgive me for saying you’ve left it a bit late in the day to be seeking storage.

There is a storage section on this forum which might contain a few ideas. Alternatively, have you checked the CASSOA website and done an internet search?

Finally, without wishing to seem critical, is it essential that you store your MH? It’s a motor vehicle and, as such, will benefit from regular use to keep the oily bits moving.

Btw, you’ve told us all which street you live in. I recommend you edit your postcode.

Ohhhh.. What a dipstick I am 🤷‍♀️ I have a viewing for a space tomorrow 🙏 and have plan B in place. I didn’t rush into this…. I thought it was a good idea to buy a MH last Sunday and waited until Wednesday:-) Hope you wish me luck, I’ll need it 😆

Of course👍🏻. There’s nothing like a well thought out plan😂😂😂

Hi @MyTruck2025 . I live in Great Barton not so far from you. If you live in Central BSE, I can quite understand why you need storage elsewhere.

There are a number of farms in the Bury St Edmunds area which let out covered space for storage of MHs, but few advertise the fact. Sometimes a post on FB can discover some of them.

One note of caution : be sure to check with your insurers before committing to store your MH away from your home, as some won't cover it.

    Happy motorhoming !
